Location: Mountlake Terrace, WA or Remote

Responsibilities:
- Lead core data platform focused in bringing data from disparate sources and make this data available for downstream team.
- Lead the project teams for engineering projects by providing direction regarding architecture and design.
- Provide guidance regarding project issues or roadblocks.
- Reviewing and approving proposed solutions, implementing new architectural patterns, and performing design, code review.
- Ensure stability and scalability of the platform.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software development ideally focused on Microsoft platform. Hands on experience in C#, .Net.
- Experience in building microservice based services and managing large scale distributed, scalable and highly available systems.
- Experience in message driven architecture and hands on experience in Kafka.
- Experience in SQL and NOSQL DB especially in MongoDB.
- Experience in architecting solution using Microsoft Azure.
- Exposure in building data pipelines and exposure to Boomi is nice to have.
- Experience in Azure DevOps, GitHub platforms.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $52K – 138K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
