We are looking for a talented Lead Makeup Artistspecializing in natural-looking bridal makeup applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create flawless and radiant looks that enhance the natural beauty of brides. The successful candidate should be highly skilled in working with diverse ages, skin tones, and textures, ensuring that each bride feels confident and beautiful on her wedding day.

Responsibilities:

1. Consultation and Collaboration:

- Conduct thorough consultations with brides to understand their preferences, style, and vision for their wedding day.

- Collaborate with clients to customize makeup looks that enhance their natural features and align with their wedding theme.

2. Application and Technique:

- Execute flawless makeup applications using high-quality products and advanced techniques.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in bridal makeup to offer cutting-edge and timeless looks.

3. Communication:

- Maintain open and clear communication with the company and clients throughout the makeup application process, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

4. Team Leadership:

- Lead and inspire a team of Makeup Artists/assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

- Experience as a Lead Makeup Artist, with a focus on bridal makeup preferred.

- Exceptional skills in delivering makeup applications for various skin tones and types.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership experience in managing a team of Makeup Artists.

- Full, professional Makeup Artist kit

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of natural-looking bridal makeup applications.

- Availability to work on weekends and holidays, especially during peak wedding seasons.

- Availability to perform a live demo using a model of your choice either virtually or in-person.
