We need a Lead Maintenance person to lead a small team of Maintenance Technicians for a multi family complexes.
The required skills needed to perform this job include but are not limited to; painting, drywall repairs, light electrical repairs, light plumbing work, general cleaning and upkeep, kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
In addition, your responsibilities will include communication between management and other technicians, as well as holding other techs motivated and accountable.
Also important is an easygoing disposition required to get along with the residents and the rest of the team. Pleasant work atmosphere and room to grow in the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
