Lead Maintenance Technician (2Nd/3Rd Shift)

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greenfield, MA for a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician. The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide range of CNC machines, tools, and systems. The Lead Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance activities to ensure all equipment is functioning at peak performance and recommend new maintenance procedures and tooling upgrades if necessary.

The ideal candidate will work primarily a second shift schedule (2pm-10pm). However, because this position oversees technicians on both 2nd and 3rd shift, the person in this role must be willing to have a flexible schedule to ensure oversight and training needs are met on both shifts.
