Shift: 1st (Lead), 2nd (Manual)
Description:
Read blueprints to determine what equipment and materials are necessary for the job
Follow the blueprints to create the appropriate tools and components
Operate your machines to grind, cut, and polish the materials
Finish projects using manual tools
Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure they remain in good working order
Manual Machinist Requirements and QualificationsMachinist vocational certificate or completed industry apprenticeship
3-5 Years experience
Manual dexterity
Lathe machining experience
Mill machining experience
Blueprinting reading skills
