ResponsibilitiesLead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in Behavioral Health services.
- Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
- Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff.
- Assign, monitor and review progress of work.
- Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.
- Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates.
- May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Licensed Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional
Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. - Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Social Worker credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- • BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
- Supervisor credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services preferred.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree
required.
