Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor
Full time; FTE 1.0 / 40 Hours per week; No weekends or holidays!
The Behavioral Health Counselor is responsible for providing a variety of clinical services to clients. The Behavior Health Counselor assesses the client's condition, psychological concerns, home environment, and additional information to determine appropriate care. This position provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy. The practice population range is pediatric, adult, and geriatric. The Counselor is responsible for providing staff direction with clinical expertise and decision making, and assuring that standard practices, that govern performance of job activities, are followed. Acts as a role model and conduit between senior leadership and the work team as needed.

- Education: Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Experience: 3000 supervised clinical hours as certified by letter from State of Wisconsin Department of Health & Family Services.
- Certification: Must be licensed in Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
