Form of workWe are seeking an energetic and engaging Lead Technician to lead a team of QC Lab Technicians for our quality control laboratory at Tesla's new Lithium Refinery in Corpus Christi, TX. The person will exercise exceptional people management, communication, and technical skills to conduct sample testing, coordinate lab tasks, and interact with the production and developmental team on the shift. The proven track record of agility in responding to quality related issues and working with the manufacturing team to maintain the control of product quality is critical to this position. The person is expected to bring the best performance out of each of technicians on the team.
