Lead Insulation Installer - Mass Save Crew Lead

We're looking for people with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to come join the Green Collar team and help better insulate and air seal our customers homes in Western Mass!

This job position includes but is not limited to:

-Blowing cellulose insulation

-Using canned single part spray foam

-Installing vapor barriers in crawl spaces

-Insulating homes from the outside while working on ladders

-Loading and unloading inventory and materials

This position requires the following:

-Mass Save Crew Chief certificate and ability to run and manage program jobs

-Basic knowledge of hand/power tools

-Ability to climb ladders

-Valid driver's license or reliable transportation

-Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

-Willingness to spend working hours in unfinished attic, basement, and crawlspaces
