Responsibilities:
As a Lead Instructor at iCode, you will be at the forefront of cultivating a love for STEM subjects among young minds. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Instructional Leadership: Lead engaging and interactive classes, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
2. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to instructors, assisting them in delivering high-quality instruction and supporting their professional development.
3. Innovation: Integrate cutting-edge technologies and teaching methodologies to keep our programs at the forefront of STEM education.
4. Parent and Student Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents and students, keeping them informed about program updates, student progress, and upcoming events.
Flexible hours. Weekday afternoon and weekend shifts are available.
