Job Description
Our Lead Infant/Toddler Teachers will provide a nurturing and safe environment for infants/toddlers to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones. You will demonstrate good judgement in the care and play with each infant assigned to you. You will verbally engage with children throughout the day in addition to incorporating play activities. You will maintain the feeding schedule with the bottles and solids provided by the parents/center.

Education & Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields or High School Diploma and 1+ year of experience caring for Infants/toddlers.
Daycare/Childcare experience required
Must meet state requirements for the position including PA/FBI Clearances and Background Checks
Must be able to lift no less than 30 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday to at least waist high
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants in his/her care
Give bottles to infants as provided by parents
Feed infants' solid foods as age appropriate and provided by parents
Change diapers as needed
Soothe infants by singing to and cuddling them
Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age-appropriate toys
Put infants in cribs for nap time. Toddlers would have their cots for napping.
Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean
All employees are required to receive 12 hours of training each calendar year per DHS requirements.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday- Day Shift
Up to 39 hours/week
