Infant Lead Teacher

**Sign-On Bonus for those starting before December 18th 2023**

If you start between November 27th and December 18th you are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $1,500 to be paid out in three (3) installments. You will receive $500 on your January 3rd, 2024 paycheck, $500 after 6 months of employment, and the final $500 after a year of employment.

The Malvern School is currently seeking a Lead Teacher for the Infant classroom at The Malvern School of Blue Bell. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday.

Job Summary:

· Teacher plans, supervises and implements a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.

· Teacher maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.

· Teacher communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.

What we need from you:

• 15 or more college credits in Elementary, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Human Development (minimum of an Associate's Degree preferred)
• At least one-year experience in Early Childhood Education
