We are looking for Lead Teacher who can work Full Time
Lead:
Has completed a college degree or credits in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
Has had previous experience working with young children in a related field
- Ability to plan and implement an appropriate curriculum that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of both the individual and the group.
- Ensures that children are actively engaged in a safe, organized, stimulating learning environment.
- Actively develops and maintains positive parent relationships.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, creative, reliable and trustworthy.
- Communicates with professionalism to coworkers.
- Maintain certification in CPR/First Aid, required yearly in-service training.
- Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
- Ability to schedule and lead a team within the classroom.

Assistant Teacher
The Assistant Teacher will be responsible for assisting the Lead Teacher in the classroom for various activities including but not limited to:
Child drop off times, serving Meals, bathroom Breaks/diapers, learning through child appropriate play and Curriculum Program, walks and outside play

Qualifications
Must pass the Applicant Background Study required by the Department of Human Services
Must have documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S
Must meet the qualifications of an aide as defined under the Department of Human Services' Rule 3 requirements
Must have the physical abilities to perform the following job duties: ○ to hear the conversational voice, with or without a hearing aid ○ to see and read newsprint with or without corrective lenses ○ to be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language ○ to lift and carry children and other items weighing up to 50 pounds ○ to use arms, hands, legs, and feet with or without corrective devices to accomplish the job, including evacuation of the building during emergencies
