Lead Hvac Installer

We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to become part of our team!

Job description

Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform duct repairs and replacements as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe and productive environment for the team and client.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
- Proven experience in sheet metal fitting fabrication.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively follow instructions and collaborate with team members.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions.
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
