Lead Window And Door Installer

Windows Plus is looking for a well rounded, highly driven individual with carpentry and plumbing skills to be our next Lead Bath Installer. This is a Full Time, Monday through Friday, W2 position that ranges in hourly rate depending on experience. If you are looking for a position to make a career, this job is for you.

Job Duty Overview:

• Understands and executes the careful removal and installation of all Window and entry door units.
• Sets and fastens new windows in opening ensuring reveals/operation are within tolerance.
• Executes application of both interior and exterior caulking, trim, and window caps.
• Measures and creates exterior window/door caps.
• Identifies job needs and verifies all materials are loaded prior to morning departure.
• Responsible for executing final review of job with client and completing final paperwork and collection of payment processes prior to final departure.
• Manage assigned job’s tasks and daily timeline under the direction of WindowsPlus guidelines and Operation Manager.
• Trains and develops Window and Door installers.

Education and Experience:

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Window and Door Installation Experience: 1 year
• Basic Carpentry Experience: 1 year
• Fluency in English is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time while traveling to/from and working on job sites.
• Job may require other physical tasks such as crouching, crawling, bending, and reaching.
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds at times and up to 80 pounds regularly.
• Must have the dexterity and strength to operate both standard and specialized tools.
• Repetitive body motions may be required.
• Must be comfortable and able to regularly climb ladder up to 28 feet tall.
• Must be able to perform jobs in all weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 55 per week
