Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. TheLead Global Security Operation Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, and a variety of locations.
Operators must be familiar and proficient with the procedures for major incidents, and should be prepared to consult reference materials and perform the required procedures and escalations should a major incident occur.

- Generate incident reports for all incoming alarm/incident calls.
- Maintain daily security log of all vendors/technicians checking in/out of locations.
- Log all incoming/outgoing call on daily call log sheet.
- Navigate the file system.
- Locate files and folders saved locally or on a network drive.
- Save files locally or on a network drive.
- Identify card readers for a location using AMAG naming conventions.
- Lock, unlock, or grant access to card readers remotely.
- Check status of card readers.
- Send Division Operations notifications to retail division and corporate security contacts.
- Send Major Incident notifications to retail division, corporate security, and crisis & critical incident contacts.
