We're excited to offer you an incredible opportunity to join our team as a Resident Aide. This position is designed to assist our nursing staff and residents. The goal is to provide nursing assistance in making beds, passing meal trays, answering call bells, and other duties as assigned.

Position Highlights:

• Be a crucial part of residents' lives by assisting with daily activities.

• Develop strong service orientation skills, active listening, critical thinking, and close monitoring of clients.

• Gain a basic understanding of medical terminology, enhancing your knowledge and capabilities.

• Perform tasks such as meal tray setup, medication reminders, bathing assistance, room upkeep, transportation support, and more.

• Participate in Life Enrichment Activities, making a positive impact on residents' quality of life.

• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and mental conditions.

• Create and maintain a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.

Salary/ Wage Range
