Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
This position manages others and provides coaching, training, and development. This position builds and develops the next generation of leaders at UPS Capital and reinforces the positive team culture. This position prepares the incumbent to manage a sales team and to design and deploy agile, strategic plans through moderately complex data analytics. This position curates an environment in which the LDR team can flourish both personally and professionally, while holding the team accountable to high performance and their stretch goals. This position works cross-functionally with several different departments to strategically align new customer acquisition campaigns with current/previous initiatives.
+This is an hybrid/onsite position in Sandy Springs, GA. This is NOT a remote role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Scores calls for quality standards and to assess training needs • Inspires their team to high performance • Carefully curates a best-in-class culture • Collaborates with key stakeholders to drive Lead Generation and positive customer experience • Administrates SIP Compensation • Acts as team data steward and sales applications lead • Creates team performance reports and develops action plans • Creates and implements new processes to support Lead Generation
QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent • 2+ years direct sales experience
Preferences: • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiency • Demonstrated previous team leadership • Property and Casualty Insurance License
