Role Purpose:
Join our dynamic automation and technology team, dedicated to developing both internal and external applications and API integrations. Your role will be crucial in driving waste elimination and process improvement, significantly contributing to our Lean initiatives and performance optimization.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Building and Executing: Develop software that balances simplicity, flexibility, and functionality, continually enhancing your skills and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Consulting and Estimating: Address unique application challenges, provide creative solutions, and deliver development time estimates, ensuring commitment and quality.
• Managing Requirements and Scheduling: Balance multiple project commitments, managing priorities and schedules efficiently.
• Fixing and Improving: Continuously improve processes, systems, and codebases, maintaining a high quality standard.
• Communicating: Provide clear, concise, and effective communication across all levels of the organization, enhancing team collaboration.
• Lean & Process Engineering: Demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement, relentlessly pursuing waste reduction and process enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in web development and database technologies, including PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, XML, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, and Laravel framework.
• Knowledge of mobile technologies (iOS/Android) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and environments.
• Strong understanding of web standards and user experience considerations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Independent work style, with a strong collaborative approach to problem-solving and solution implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and business partners.
• System administration experience related to solution deployment.
