Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Lead Engineer to their team in Orlando
Responsibilities:
- Manage large complex projects
- Manage office performance including client satisfaction, project schedule, project budget, billings, and QA/QC
- Evaluate staff performance and provide advice/expertise
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Provide knowledge transfer/training opportunities
- Assist with staffing needs, utilization, hiring and training
- Lead business development efforts
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Prepare proposals and participate in project interviews
- Provide QA/QC of engineering projects
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of design and project management experience for stormwater, transportation, utility, and/or general civil projects
- PE License or ability to obtain reciprocity
- Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and proposals
- Experience making presentations and responding to questions from managers, clients, customers, and general public
Salary is commensurate with experience.
