Position Summary
This is a hybrid position requiring working from the office 3 days a week. Applicants will need to reside within driving distance of an Aetna or CVS location.
The Lead Data Engineer will drive the design, implementation, and management of Medicare Data for use within our various business units. As the lead, you will steer the development of scalable data pipelines, ensuring efficient data collection, cataloging and storage. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around architecting and supervision the construction of robust data systems.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years in application development/Data Engineering with a strong foundation in database design, ETL processing.
Technical: Proficiency in C#, SQL, T-SQL
Analytical: Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex data related issues
Preferred Qualifications
Technical: Experience with GCP, Azure, Python, MongoDB, Snowflake, Javascript Frameworks; Bachelors' or Masters' Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
