Russ Hadick and Associates has partnered with a premier transportation company on the lookout for a dedicated Lead Diesel Mechanic to join their team. If you have a passion for diesel engines and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!
An ideal candidate will have experience working with school buses and hold ASE/OEM certifications, with Cummins Certifications being a bonus. A vocational or technical degree is highly desirable, but not mandatory. Additionally, possessing or being willing to obtain a CDL with a School Bus endorsement is required.
As part of their team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the fleet of diesel school buses. From major engine repairs to routine maintenance, your expertise will ensure our vehicles remain in top condition. In return, they offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, along with 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid holidays, vacation, and personal days.
