Our ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and is looking for a long-term position. We are currently looking for availability of 15-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. We NEVER WORK weekends!
Our home office is located in San Francisco with warehouses in Daly City and South San Francisco.

Role Overview:
As a Lead Stage Designer, you will play a crucial role in our design process, from concept to execution. You will be responsible for creating stunning, functional designs that enhance the visual appeal and marketability of properties. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and project management skills, as you will guide design projects, collaborate with clients (real estate agents and homeowners), and lead a team to ensure the successful staging of homes.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Home Staging experience or equivalent work
- Experience leading and mentoring Junior Designers
- Experience in coordinating with the Logistics Team
- Skill in adapting designs with current trends
- Strong communication skills with real estate agents and homeowners
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Provide exceptional client service
- Hands-on involvement in staging job installations, including packing, lifting, unpacking accessories, and art placement and hanging
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items of at least 50lbs
- Have a valid driving license and clean driving record

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
