Job Description
The Lead Caregiver/CNA provides additional support to the agency by providing additional support to new hieres, clients, and office staff. They help to create a sense of importance through "belonging" & "connecting" to the company. They help boost caregiver confidence & satisfaction. They help to create a positive team-centered culture for our caregivers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Perform new client assessments and follow-up with the Residential Supervisor Coordinator & Assistant Office Manager
Review weekly progress of each caregiver with RCS.
Mentor, train & develop new caregivers.
Preform mentor calls with new caregivers on the 1st, 5th, 15th & 30th day.
Help with caregiver retention.
Keep all caregivers engaged with clients, policies & procedures.
Handle 1-5 caregivers at a time.
Keep management informed of all caregiver's performance.
Advance client's experience by properly training caregivers.
Perform supervised visits and client surveys with the RCS.
On-call shifts from 7am-4pm & 4pm-12am
Complete 30 hours of assigned visits from permanent clients
Provide management and caregiver concerns.
Effective communication with all staff to ensure top caregiver services.
Complete assigned training to be able to properly help and coach caregivers.
Take the initiative to fill shifts as needed and coordinate with the RCS to fill open shifts.

Work new clients form 1-2 weeks to help new caregivers transition.
Complete all other assigned duties given by management.
Must be able to work full time.
Rotating on call week
