Job Description
We are seeking a head chef or Executive Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that focuses on feeding the unhoused in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. Schedule is 5 days per week typical hours are 5am-2pm.
Responsibilities:
- Prep, create, and package meals for delivery
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create menus
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields preferred but not mandatory
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
