Lead Cake Decorator - Experience Required

We are looking for one very goal oriented individual to join our team at the royal icing facility!

This is a PART TIME position & has a schedule of 7:30a-3:15p Mon-Thursday, averaging 24-30 hours per week. The best part? There are absolutely NO late shifts or weekend work. Booyah!

The setting for this job is in a quiet production room and you will be comfortably sitting at your own work station while working. This position requires independent work & there is zero customer interaction. YAY!

Position: Production Associate/Decorator

Reports To: Operations Manager

Position Type: Part Time

Salary: $13.00-$14.00 Hourly

Hours: 7am-3:15pm

Job Overview: is responsible for performing an array of duties surrounding the production of sugar skull sprinkles.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Roll fondant
• Skillfully decorate
• Ability to reproduce design
• Batch icing
• Execute daily production in an efficient manner
• Monitor and maintain quality of all product and presentation
• Clean and sanitize all food preparation areas, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work independently
• Possess basic math skills
• Follow a recipe
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter and self-motivator
• Build boxes and pack shipments of Sprinkle Pop products
• Assist with other production as needed
• Ability to lift 50 pounds if needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year cake/cookie decorating experience (Preferred)
• 1+ year royal icing experience (Required)
• Day shift (Required)
• Food handling: 1 year (Required)
• Must speak English (Required)
• US work authorization (Required)

Certifications Required: Food Handlers Certification
