- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage and supervise retail staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Assist in setting and achieving sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product offerings
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a retail assistant manager or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in shift management and cash register operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and price products effectively
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills / Media skills are a bonus
- Ability to work well in small groups and on your own
