POSITION: Lead Production Technician (Bottling Line)
REPORTS TO: Production General Manager
DEPARTMENT: Production
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for bottling and packaging of EVG products while following a strict procedure
to produce the highest quality product possible while maintaining a clean and safe working
environment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead for bottling/packaging production
• Perform production duties to ensure bottling and packaging of EVG
products.
• Operate, maintain, and clean production equipment as necessary
• Ensure that all production processes are properly executed within
quality and compliance guidelines
• Adhere to company cGMP, Food Safety (BRC), OSHA safety,
production standards and disciplinary policies.
• Ensure work area(s) are always clean and sanitary
• Promptly communicate all safety related issues and concerns to
appropriate managers and or departments
• Record all necessary manufacturing data on the BPR worksheet and
responsible for turning in daily; BRP to Quality and sample
submissions placed in the appropriate area and entered into
SharePoint Tracking, and labels created for finished products
• Training of new employees to ensure SOP is trained thoroughly with
new hires.
• All other functions as determined by management
WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Good communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
• Ability to inspect and maintain areas and equipment for which responsible
• Ability to lead and motivate the team during production times.
• Ability to review and comprehend all necessary documentation
• Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area
• Ability to carry and lift up to 50 lbs of equipment
• Ability to weigh and measure accurately

• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of food, baking, CBD bottling, and topicals production goods, but not required

The noise level in the work environment is that of a typical manufacturing plant, and the
employee is exposed to typical environments encountered in a chemical manufacturing facility.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to perform tasks following safety guidelines and specific processes and
best practices for each task
• Fosters and promotes a safe and clean work environment
• Possesses the ability to complete all tasks and documents on time and accurately
• Have an unbiased relationship with all supervisors, employees and management
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
These skills and abilities necessary are typically acquired through schooling, prior related work
experience and on-the-job training with experience as a lab technician in the industry.
Pay- $24/hour, benefits include health insurance, 401K option, 80 hours paid vacation/year, sick time, bonus program
