Are you a passionate and skilled mixologist ready to take the lead at an exciting new venture? Look no further! We are thrilled to announce the opening of our state-of-the-art Japanese Steakhouse, and we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage program to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and curate a diverse and innovative cocktail menu inspired by Japanese flavors and traditions.
• Lead a team of bartenders in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless pairing of beverages with the culinary offerings.
• Maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders to ensure a well-stocked and efficient bar.
• Train and mentor bartending staff, instilling a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Help create and implement standard operating procedures for the bar to uphold quality and consistency.
• Engage with customers, providing expert recommendations and fostering a positive, memorable dining experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Bartender or similar role in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Exceptional mixology skills with a flair for creativity and innovation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the service of alcoholic beverages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
