Job Description
Our large California-based utilities client is maintaining an application in an Access database. This application has become difficult to scale and maintain due to a number of administrative functions built over the years, the growth of data, and the increased complexity of the application. Using the Microsoft platform, our team will be architecting and developing a solution that will increase the functionality and scalability of the existing application.
As Lead Backend Developer, you will:

• Lead the development of data migration utilities.
• Review requirements and user stories of our client's existing application.
• Conduct design workshops to review functionality and feasibility.
• Own deployment planning, production implementation, and postproduction validating and support.
• Implement backend functionalities to support UI.
• Work closely with architects, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients' toughest business challenges. You'll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of production experience as a software developer using C#, JavaScript, and SQL
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Common Data Service (CDS), Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure
• 2+ years of experience as a technical lead, principal, or staff developer
• Experience designing data migration plans, mapping data fields, migrating data from various data sources (including Access database to Dataverse), and troubleshooting migration issues
• Proven experience designing and managing databases using Microsoft SQL Service and other database management tools
• Experience with data model design and ETL development in Microsoft stack
• Knowledge of security and compliance regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS
• Prior experience implementing security and compliance measures in Power Apps
• Consulting experience is highly preferred

Additional Information
Washington State base compensation range: $160,000 - 225,000, DOE
