Advanced level set up and operation from small to large-scale audiovisual systems for staging and hospitality events while maximizing customer satisfaction from pre-event planning through post-event debriefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate and experienced audio video equipment.
- Understands how to accommodate the needs of Virtual & Hybrid events.
- Ability to lead small to large scale AV crews.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve in a timely manner.
- Thorough knowledge of audio-visual equipment, set-up and operations including experienced skills in the fields of audio, video and lighting including but not limited to mixing equipment, lighting tools, cameras, microphones, projectors and video recorders, amplifiers and spotlights.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality and results driven.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to achieve desired results through others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within the team.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Know the basics of PowerPoint and be able to create slides and troubleshoot music and videos on a slideshow.
- Understand company QC procedures to help in the warehouse and maintain equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of customer service, hospitality, or staging experience is preferred.
- 3+ years of audio-visual experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
