HRS- Experienced Industrial / Mine Electrician

High Roller Sand is currently seeking industrial / Mine Electrician for our sand plant located in Kermit Texas. Full Time direct hire with great pay and benefits package depending on experience. Housing Provided.

• Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day to day Electrical Maintenance of the sand plant.
• Maintain the daily electrical, and maintenance needs to keep the sand plant equipment running smoothly.
• Have experience with 480 Volt 3 phase electricity
• Give updates on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to both Operation Manager.
• Handle all Electrical Maintenance related issues at the facility.
• Develop corrective and preventative actions, along with developing new procedures.
• Work closely with the Operations manager to complete any Electrical issues at the facilities.
• Accurately report findings to the necessary personnel and complete any necessary documentation.
• Utilize various computer applications to compile, record and report sand plant Maintenance.
• Performing rechecks, investigating complaints or problems and coordinating with the Operations Manager on departmental quality issues.
• Following High Roller Sand, API, OSHA, and MSHA safety regulations and guidelines.
• Responsible for other tasks within the employees training and skills as directed by the operations manager.
• Assist with miscellaneous production tasks as directed by Operations Managers. Including housekeeping, basic labor tasks, etc.
• Working in a physically demanding environment.
• Not afraid of heights

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years Industrial mining Electric experience.
• 3 + years working with 480 VOLT 3 Phase plant electric.
• 3 - 5 years instrumentation & troubleshooting .
• 3 + year of industrial Electrical experience with a proven record of managing multiple pieces of equipment, while maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, as daily collection, analysis, and reporting of data.
• VFD experience

• Low Voltage device and controls install and troubleshooting

• Motor and Cable resistance measurement using a Megger

• PLC troubleshooting

• 120 volt 4-20 milliamp troubleshooting

• Knowledge of the NFPA70E

• Mining Experience or MSHA certs

• Motor control experience

• Process controls
