- Support the development of a cohesive and integrated Distribution Performance framework and methodology, including a multi-year roadmap inclusive of targets and specific initiatives.
- Support the oversight and governance of executive and operational-level performance management reporting, dashboards, including KPI definitions and supporting metrics, target setting and analysis.
- Support the ongoing refinement of performance management capabilities based on evolving operating models, processes, and business priorities
- Lead weekly business performance reviews with Global Distribution leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Support the development of presentation content for Supply Chain and cross-functional senior leadership, including monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Support P&C in the creation of Distribution Performance management policy definitions, updates, and deployment
- Assist in the deployment of a Distribution Performance governance model and supporting protocols, including reporting, issue/risk management, and change management.
- Support regular reviews of performance management methodologies, KPIs, metrics, definitions, and use cases

- B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- MBA or other Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7+ years' experience in consulting, operations, engineering, or a similar field
- Experience in operations management, program management and Consumer Supply Chain Distribution Operations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Strong critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills; ability to drive consensus.
- Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets.
