Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Aircraft Mechanics
- Proficiency in using tools and testing methods for aircraft systems
- Ability to understand and apply manual instructions to resolve mechanical problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for record-keeping
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Basic inspection and repair skills

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FAA-accredited technical school program completion
- FAA A&P mechanic certification within three years of hire
