Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aircraft Mechanic to join our dynamic technology team. This position is a permanent role, offering an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the aviation industry. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of B767 and B777 aircraft. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of technical expertise and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on B767 and B777 aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft systems using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
3. Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and guidelines, as well as company safety policies and procedures.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
5. Collaborate closely with other team members, including engineers and pilots, to ensure optimal aircraft performance and safety.
6. Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in the aviation industry, and apply this knowledge to your work.
7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Mechanic, specifically with B767 and B777 aircraft.
2. Current and valid A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) License.
3. In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and guidelines related to aircraft maintenance and repair.
4. Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
6. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
8. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
9. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
