Job Description: Regional School District 13 is seeking a Lead ABA Therapist to work with students with autism in the school setting. The successful candidate will have experience in working directly with children, with a background in education, special education or psychology preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and be receptive to feedback as well as possess strong communication, behavioral management and organizational skills is a must.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required. Extensive experience will be considered.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- To provide specialized ABA instruction (discrete trials) to identified students as assigned.
- Facilitate Behavioral Assessment.
- Facilitate Collection of data, graphing, monitoring of data, and flagging any needs for change in teaching procedures/interventions.
- Develop schedule for ABA staff in collaboration with the special education team.
- To identify, develop and modify ABA programs in a collaborative, consultative manner with BCBA and team. Developing daily schedule for ABA staff in collaboration with SPED/BCBA.
- ABA Lead will train staff in the implementation of Behavior Plan only after receiving training from BCBA/SPED.
- To communicate, collaborate and consult with members of student's team, including Special Education teacher.
- To collect accurate data and interpret this data with BCBA and team as appropriate to modify programming.
- To address behavioral needs of individual students using appropriate range of interventions.
- To participate in pre-teaching meetings, team meetings, and PPTs.
- To modify classroom materials and work as needed.
- To provide home programming/instruction as assigned.
- Supports and promotes the District's Core Ethical Values with students, colleagues and parents.
