L&E Litigation Associate

The New York office of Martenson Hasbrouck & Simon LLP (MHS) seeks to hire an associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in employment litigation. This attorney will become an integral part of our employment litigation defense team and help defend single plaintiff lawsuits as well as Union grievances, administrative matters, work directly with clients on strategy decisions, and have opportunities to represent them at hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings. This associate will also provide advice and counseling concerning compliance issues.

With approximately 50 attorneys spread across five offices in four different states, MHS litigates cutting edge labor and employment matters on behalf of several large employers nationwide. MHS associates are given the opportunity to take on significant levels of responsibility, engage in material client interaction with the firm’s largest clients, and forge leadership roles at the firm to help them grow and reach the next level of their careers. MHS also provides associates with the opportunity to develop their own clients and books of business.

Some travel is required, and the associate could potentially travel more if interested. Hybrid work arrangement is permitted.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 depending on experience.
