Ldr-Behav Analyst (Bcba)-Cadd - Full Time

GENERAL SUMMARY:

• Under the supervision of the Manager or Director of the CADD (Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities) the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Leader will provide leadership to BCBA and ABA staff.
• The BCBA Leader develops and administers applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities in the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
• Responsibilities include program development, supervision of ABA, parent/teacher training, business, marketing, and philanthropic activities to promote and develop the program in the Health System and the community at large.
• Actively participates in a multi-disciplinary team.
