GENERAL SUMMARY:
- Under the supervision of the Manager or Director of the CADD (Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities) the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Leader will provide leadership to BCBA and ABA staff.
- The BCBA Leader develops and administers applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities in the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
- Responsibilities include program development, supervision of ABA, parent/teacher training, business, marketing, and philanthropic activities to promote and develop the program in the Health System and the community at large.
- Actively participates in a multi-disciplinary team.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE REQUIRED:
Board Certification (BCBA) by the national Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
