Supportive Care is a behavioral healthcare company with an extraordinary team of clinicians providing a full range of pharmacological, psychological, and behavioral health services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities. Supportive Care is rapidly growing, and we are looking to bring in the New Year with several opportunities for clinicians who currently hold an LMHC, LCMHC, or CMHC licensure and are dedicated and have a compassionate mindset working with the geriatric population. Applicant must be completed without supervision/associate status for consideration.
LMHC- Licensed Mental Health Counselor
LCMHC- Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner
CMHC: Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Job Duties:
- Provide psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy sessions for support to residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide social support therapy sessions to patients through weekly therapy sessions.
- Implement therapy plans that fit each patient's personal needs.
- Work within our facilities; essentially running a private practice.
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy.
- Implement and review treatment plans.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Flexible Work Schedule:
- Self-determine schedule between 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday
- Select facilities that allow weekend sessions in combination with weekly sessions.
- Part-time or full-time
Compensation:
- $300.00 to $400.00 per day

Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in the state in which you are applying.
