Create physical layout of transistors, resistors, and capacitors for analog circuits used in the development of memory products. Build layouts that meet the process rules and verify that it matches the schematic. Work on floor planning, routing, and power bus designs. Support team in establishing IP Layout work modes, including layout standardization, co-workflow, align methods for minimizing impact. Deliver quality layout on time, monitor layout quality, pass SPF, confirm with circuit designers, and deliver layout and DBR on time. Provide IC layout design support by performing floor planning, custom layout, Analog/Mix signal layout and full chip level layout designs. Perform layout verification such as LVS/DRC/DFM, support, quality check and documentation. Complete function block with good layout quality following broad instructions. Apply judgment in interpreting results and conducting quantitative analysis. Communicate with engineering teams in India, Japan, and China to assure the success of the layout project. May telecommute part-time.
