Responsibilities for Supervisors in Training:
- Leadership training and development for readiness in a supervisory role.
- A willingness to learn how to be a Weed Man Technician
- Train and become familiar with lawn care services such as applying fertilizer, weed control, and other professional applications
- Perform lawn aerations
- Carefully assess and treat properties for mosquito germination and habitation control.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service
- Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes to prospective customers
- Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations
- Generate field sales- additional commission rewarded
- Clearly communication with your manager and/or supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,000.00 per month
