SalarySimply Green Lawn Care is a local lawn, snow, and irrigation maintenance leader in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City corridor.
We are currently hiring for our Mowing Crew.
Position includes mowing, trimming, and blowing trimmings off drives, walks, and landscape areas for both residential and commercial properties.
Other duties may include dethatching, spring/fall cleanups, weeding, mulching, and assisting in other areas of the company as needed.
Position also includes possibility of snow removal work during winter months.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Available M-F between 7:30A-5:30P (start time may shift between 730-8A due to temps. Crew works 8hr/day & typically off by 5pm)
- Ability to operate professional grade stand-on mower, gas powered blowers, trimmers, and other equipment.
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer (14'-16')
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid Unrestricted Iowa drivers license (no SR22)
- 1 year professional mowing experience preferred, but will train right person - all encouraged to apply.
- Must be 18 or older
