Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

We offer Pay for Performance with our guys usually averaging $20-$28 per hour.

We are seeking a trust worthy, reliable and hardworking Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various groundskeeping and landscaping tasks. We are looking for people that want to join our company and strive for growth as an individual and a team.

Duties:
- Perform mowing and lawn care tasks to ensure the grounds are well-maintained
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain gardens by planting, weeding, and watering as needed
- Assist with landscape maintenance, such as mulching, edging, and trimming
- Follow safety protocols when operating equipment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
