Annual Pay Range - $44,000 - $54,000

Responsibilities
Provide professional Lawn Care services to customers, (fertilizer, weed control, insect control, etc.)
Perform lawn analyses, including measuring the turf, identifying lawn problems, and identifying accurate pricing for services.
Communicate with customers as the front-line contact between homeowners and your Weed Man office.
Properly and safely maintain equipment.
Safely and knowledgeably handle, mix, transport, and apply products. (Includes lifting 50-pound bags)
Complete assigned daily work, associated paperwork, and administrative requirements related to the position
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Have a clean criminal record
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Able to work 8-10 hours per day (including some Saturdays during peak season)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (8-10 hours per day)
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Self-motivated and will initiate action when needed
Requires minimum supervision, but knows when to ask for assistance
