Position Details:

Spring, Summer, Fall - Lawn Care Technician

• Perform fertilization, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers

• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Provide potential customers accurate quotes for Lawn Care services
• Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations
• Generate field sales- earn additional commission!
• Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor
• $18-$24/hr average, $24+ per hour top performers, $18/hr for training

• Performance based pay

Winter - Marketing Representative

• Door to door community outreach, No selling is required!

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
• $18-$24+ hour after training, $18 per hour for training
• Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no obligation Lawn Care quotes to homeowners.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and insurable by our coverage provider

• Professional appearance
• Reliable transportation to work
• Excellent attendance record
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
• Be available to work 40+ hours per week in various/extreme weather conditions, including Saturday, as needed.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs consistently
• Previous Lawn Care/landscaping experience is highly desirable
• Must be a highly motivated and fast learner

• Strong ability to pay attention to detail
