Pay/Benefits
Starting off our entry level technicians will be paid an hourly wage, until their initial training is completed and onboarding is complete.
- Pay Range: 18/hour, for initial training timeline (1 month)
- Top employees can earn up to $42,000-$54,000 annually (as you move up through our career ladder)
- M-F work week with occasionally Saturdays when necessary
- Annual Uniform Stipend
- Incentive for pursuing certification
- Monthly bonus for goals being met after reaching certain technician level
Responsibilities/Duties
As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for completing Lawn Care applications at a customer's property. Accurately answering any questions they may have, or correctly suggesting any additional service they may need. You will be the face/first impression of our business. Filling out accurate paperwork and providing excellent communication between customers and yourself as the technician. This position does require a fair amount of physical labor. This includes large amounts of walking, lifting 50lb bags of product, and pushing a wheeled cart through lawns. You will be working out in the summer heat and cold throughout the season. You will be tasked with delivering top notch customer service, completing your daily production paperwork, vehicle inspections reports, and efficiently servicing our customer base. As you gain experience, you will gain the opportunity to move up our career ladder. Each stage of the career ladder comes with its own perks and benefits to moving up. Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid/Current Driver’s License.
- Reliable Transportation to work.
- US Work Authorization.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. multiple times a day.
- Ability to walk for extended periods of time.
- Experience is beneficial, but not required.
