SalaryCreekside Turf Management is hiring! We are looking for someone who enjoys the outdoors, interacting with customers, and wants to work hard and grow with the company for the foreseeable future. We specialize in Lawn Care maintenance and our focus is Mowing, Fertilizing and Weed Control. We take pride in our professionalism and quality of work that is provided to our customers.
Pay Structure:
We offer a unique pay structure for our team members that is Pay For Performance. You will have a base pay with the opportunity to earn bonuses and other incentives. The harder you work the more you make!
Work Description:
Starting in early spring you'll be mowing, weed whipping, and running a backpack blower for the majority of the time. There will be occasional landscaping such as tree pruning, minor dirt work and seeding. Leaf removal in the fall with winters off. Expect to work about 9 months.
Requirements:
There are no specific requirements for this job. However, your experience will be directly reflective of your starting wage. We are simply looking for someone who wants to work hard and is willing to learn.
