With rapid growth comes the need for highly skilled professionals. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our world-class team.
We are looking for an individual who loves an aggressive bonus structure and a fun sales environment. This representative will be responsible for nurturing inbound digital marketing leads as well as generating outbound cold call leads and scheduling estimates for our amazing franchise partners at our office in Round Rock, TX. The communication is done through Facebook Messenger, phone calls, and texting, so the ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to all incoming leads that come through various web forms, chat, phone, and referrals CRM software
- Schedule appointments for our franchise partners and Corporate locations
- Keep track of all leads and status of appointments successfully scheduled on CRM software
- Answer questions customers have prior to scheduling appointments
- Coordinate company calendars
Report to and work closely with the marketing and operations team to maximize lead conversion and improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior cold calling or door knocking experience
- Prior sales experience, Inside Sales experience preferred but not required
- Must be ambitious and have a great attitude!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Compensation: $60,000 - $93,000 (base + bonuses)
