Lawn Care Technicians are responsible for:

* Providing lawn fertilization and weed control services; completing an assigned route each day.

* Evaluating lawn conditions and recommending solutions.

* Meeting with prospective customers and providing estimates; contributing to the growth of the assigned territory.

* Creating and maintaining customer relationships; we pride ourselves on being trusted members of our local community.

* Maintaining accurate paperwork and pesticide records utilizing company provided tablets and software.

* Conveying a professional image.

* Performing other duties as assigned.

We want you if you meet the following criteria:

*** Experience is not necessary, training is provided. *** Pay rate increases for experienced technicians ***

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Willing to work overtime and some Saturdays during peak times.

* Able to work in various weather conditions.

* Able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

* Valid driver's license and CLEAN driving record (no DUI's or major violations).

* Must pass background check and drug screening.

* Ability to obtain PA Pesticide Applicator Certification in first year of employment (training and study materials are provided). Pay rate increases once certified.

Experience:

• Lawn Care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License and clean driving record (Required)
