Position Overview:
We are seeking an individual with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. As a Lawn Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Responsibilities include effective communication, timely completion of paperwork, and offering customized service solutions that address the unique needs of each customer. Your duties will encompass applying fertilizer, herbicide, fungicide, and insecticide treatments to lawns, shrubs, and palm trees, in addition to performing related service-oriented tasks such as general household pest control and termite control services as required. Job Type: Full-time
Starting Pay: DOE ($40,000-$55,000 per year) + Commission

- Pest, Termite, Wildlife, and/or Lawn Care: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: On-site and assigned territory

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
